A case of diffuse cavernous hemangioma of the heart discovered incidentally
during life is reported. Resection of the tumor was impossible at
operation. Two similar cases were found in the literature. Radation therapy
is suggested, and the importance of a simple blood pool scan in the
investigation of paracardiac masses is stressed.
