Unusual complication after total correction of transposition of the great arteries. A case report

A patient is described in whom the Mustard operation was carried out with
the baffle sutured cephalad to the coronary sinus. This caused severe
arterial desaturation which disappeared after the baffle was transposed
caudad to the coronary sinus.
