Aortico--left ventricular tunnel (ALVT) is a rare anomaly, only 21 such
cases having appeared in the literature. This report describes a case of
ALVT in which there were features characteristics of sinus of Valsalva
aneurysm (SVA). Details of the operative repair are discussed.
