Placement of two transvenous permanent pacemaker leads in a single vein. Report of two cases
AM Karim, SH Singh and J Pantazopoulos

pacing electrode could not be removed. A second pacing electrode was placed
in the same vein to avoid an additional operation. To our knowledge, this
simple and effective procedure has not been previously reported.
