Multiple-vessel coronary revascularization with combined in situ and free sequential internal mammary arteries

Bilateral internal mammary arteries were used sequentially (one as an in situ graft to provide inflow and the other as a free graft to provide outflow) in a patient with multiple-vessel coronary artery disease requiring revascularization without an autologous venous conduit available.
