A 5-year-old girl had presyncopal episodes associated with exertion.
Diagnostic evaluation revealed a combination of congenital abnormalities:
double-outlet right ventricle with apparent "natural correction" of a large
subaortic ventricular septal defect and severe biventricular outflow tract
obstruction. Intraoperative and postoperative studies confirmed
satisfactory relief of the biventricular outflow tract obstruction.
