To the Editor:
I read with great interest the recent article by Dr Bakhtiary and colleagues1
detailing the protective effect of high thoracic epidural anesthesia against atrial fibrillation after off-pump coronary bypass grafting. The following clinical questions arise as a result of this fascinating study:
