Change of Mailing Address for the Print Journal
For member subscriptions, send e-mail to periodical.service{at}mosby.com and include your member number, OLD ADDRESS, and new address. Please allow 8 weeks for the change of address to take effect.

Report of Missing Issues for the Print Journal
For member subscriptions, send e-mail to periodical.service{at}mosby.com and include your JTCS Subscriber ID and missed issue volume and number.

JTCS Online

Accessing the Journal Online
Access to full text online is limited to print subscribers and members of The American Association for Thoracic Surgery and The Western Thoracic Surgical Association only. However, access to tables of contents and abstracts and the ability to search full text continue to be available to the public.

Getting Started:   Individual (Not Institutional) Online Subscriptions
To view the full-text articles in the JTCS, you need your CTSNet User ID and Password and a current print/online subscription. Obtain your CTSNet User ID and Password. If possible, have your JTCS Subscriber Number available.

Log-In Problems?
If your CTSNet User ID and Password do not work, please contact us. If possible, have your JTCS Subscriber Number available.

Institutional Online Subscriptions
Institutional online subscriptions are available via the Mosby Web site and are not available on this site. For further information, contact Mosby at (800) 453-4351 or (314) 453-4351.
